THE KEY ISSUE IS TIMING

  • Invitations must be sent out 6 weeks prior to the event
  • Follow up calling must start by the fourth week.
  •  “Reminder calls” should start being made 3 days prior to the event.
  • Calling attendees and registered attendees who did not attend should be done the following week.
