Database Cleaning for More Sales

A small manufacturing company in Central Massachusetts has been in business for over 35 years.   Similar to many long standing businesses, their customer database had become more of a hindrance than a tool.  There was missing information, contact names had changed, and the status of some older accounts was in limbo.  They secured the service of IT’S YOUR CALL to clean up their process.

The objective of the campaign was to ascertain if contact names were still valid, update missing information, such as email addresses, and see if there were any upcoming orders.  If a contact name had changed, IT’S YOUR CALL would introduce the manufacturer’s product to the new contact, and ask if there were any approaching needs.

At the end of the program, 298 new contact names were uncovered (32% of the leads we were given).   Out of those, 56% responded that they wanted to learn more about the manufacturer’s offerings, and 7 appointments were scheduled for the sales rep!
